Costs

Any work we carry out will be based on a fixed fee. The amount we charge will depend if your matter is a sale or purchase and the cost of the property. Other charges you will need to consider are also dependant upon a number of factors. Please read our guide below for pricing information and further costs that you may incur.

Note; If your matter requires additional work that is not included in the estimate, you will be informed of this and what additional costs will be at the earliest possible time. Matters typically exceeding the quoted fee when they are particularly complicated, for example where a lease has to be exhausted as part of the purchase of a leasehold property, or when there are issues on the title.
