Our thriving debt recovery department is overseen by two partners who personally manage all debt recovery and related litigation matters across all our offices. They also act as the lead lawyers on all debt matters and are a direct point of contact for all our clients. We are able to work on a fixed fee basis and, where successful, any court fees, interest and reasonable legal costs can be recovered from the debtor. This enables us to offer what is effectively a cost neutral debt recovery service for you in many cases.
